Heating jacket for IBC containers in EX design
Ready-to-connect flexible heating jacket with insulation, can be used for temperature maintenance and process-related heating of various substances in a 1000 liter Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC), dimensions 1200 x 1000 x 1160 mm in potentially explosive areas, both in the gas area of zones 1 and 2 and in the dust area of zones 21 and 22. The temperature is controlled via an EX controller/limiter combination in a permanently attached glass-fiber reinforced polyester housing with explosion protection according to ATEX and test certificate.

Please note that the entire system must be inspected and approved by an expert before commissioning! This article is not an ATEX-certified complete system and is only supplied with type examination certificates for the electrical components used!
